Priscilla Ann Lloyd Moore was born February 27, 1962 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana to Solomon Lloyd Jr. and Edith Slack Lloyd. She first confessed her faith at Saint Catherine of Jehovah and later united with Saint Joseph Catholic Church. Priscilla graduated from Willibrord Catholic High School in 1980. She was united in holy matrimony to Jesse Moore and their union was blessed with seven children. She was a foster mother for 30 years. She had worked as a mental tech at Good Shepherd Manor. Priscilla could always be counted on to be there for others. She enjoyed home interior decorating, shopping, traveling, cooking, baking and fussing. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Jesse Moore of Manteno, IL; her children, Jammie Allen Jr. (Jessica Barrett) of Manteno, IL, Demetrius Moore of Kankakee, IL, Chanel (Alexandro) Jones and Shatela (Rodney) McCurry both of Huntsville, AL, Tylisha Allen of Manteno, IL and Jesse Moore Jr. and LaVorro Moore, both of California; her mother, Edith Lloyd of Baton Rouge, LA; a brother, Gregory (Kimberly) Lloyd of Bellwood, IL; a sister, Tanya Lloyd (George Riley) of Baton Rouge, LA; her paternal grandmother, Sarah Gardner of Maywood, IL; in-laws, Darrin, Margo, Kimberly, Kenneth, Keith and Reggie Moore; special friends, Jammie Allen Sr. of Champaign, IL and Brenda Riley of Kankakee, IL; nine grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Shanti Allen; her father, Solomon Lloyd Jr.; her paternal grandfather, Solomon Lloyd Sr.; her maternal grandparents, Margaret Brown and John Slack.
